What is Coaching?
Coaching is ideal for personal development, overcoming stuckness, dealing with issues and challenges, increasing confidence, changing and/or developing direction. It takes the form of a conversation in which the coach holds the space and asks questions.
Coaching is confidential, non-judgemental and neutral in terms of the detail / sector of your issue.
My approach
My coaching focuses on positive solutions, allowing the coachee space, time and creativity to do deep work with their own thoughts so they can safely explore and clarify their goals, and create a plan to achieve them.
Most people in our lives need, or like to have, certain things from us. I like to think Coaching suspends everything for a short while so that you can do your best thinking about what you need.
I offer one-off 50 min sessions or a series, either over the phone, Zoom or FaceTime - whichever works best for you.
If you’re interested in working with me as a coach, we’ll have a short chemistry call to check we’re a good fit for each other.
I hold an enhanced DBS (so am able to coach people under the age of 18) insurance, and undertake regular supervision as part of my practice.
I adhere to the Association of Coaching Code of Ethics.
Pricing
I’m committed to making coaching accessible. I offer a scale, and you can choose what feels realistic to you.
As a (rough!) guide, most coaching is around £60 a session.
