What is Coaching?
Coaching is ideal for personal development, overcoming stuckness, dealing with issues and challenges, increasing confidence, changing and/or developing direction. It takes the form of a conversation in which the coach holds the space and asks questions.
Coaching is confidential, non-judgemental and neutral in terms of the detail / sector of your issue.

My approach
My coaching focuses on positive solutions, allowing the coachee space, time and creativity to do deep work with their own thoughts so they can safely explore and clarify their goals, and create a plan to achieve them.

Most people in our lives need, or like to have, certain things from us.
Coaching suspends everything for a short while so that you can do your best thinking about what you need.

How does it work?
I offer one-off 50 min sessions or a series, either over the phone, Zoom or FaceTime - whichever works best for you. If you’re interested in working with me as a coach, we’ll have a 5 min chemistry call to check we’re a good fit for each other. We then book a time for our session. Its useful to bring a sense of something you want to explore but not a problem if you’re not quite sure what that thing is.

I hold an enhanced DBS (so am able to coach people under the age of 18) insurance, and undertake regular supervision as part of my practice. I adhere to the Association of Coaching Code of Ethics.

Pricing
I’m committed to making coaching accessible. I offer a scale, and you can choose what feels realistic to you.
As a (rough!) guide, coaching can be around £65 a session.

Lizzy’s friendly but challenging approach gave me a subtle shift in perspective to help me uncover some unexpected insights into some things that I actually value and find motivating. Our conversation was a catalyst in some really positive developments that have happened since.

Lizzy was recommended to me by someone else. I wasn’t looking for any coaching but was going through a challenging thought process related to the direction of my business. Having the space to discuss this with someone unrelated to me or my work was very refreshing and Lizzy’s skill at asking the right things in the right places, meant that I was able to quickly and effectively unravel some of the bigger problems and set my own agenda for moving things forward. I would strongly recommend the process to anyone feeling they’re a bit stuck, a bit confused or lacking the confidence to move forward.
